Some guidelines for the candidates:
1. Your CV shall be updated, with a photograph preferably. Your email introduction shall be brief, mentioning position you are applying for. General mailers and general introduction may not generate any response from our side.
2 Our clients usually consider applications from candidates on priority, which have local experience and are available for interview locally and immediately. It saves and efforts for both.
2. If you are working with a local company in UAE/ Dubai, ensure you will not have a visa ban while changing your job. This check is done invariably during the interview and if you are likely to get a ban, you may not be considered for the position.
3. Do mention your current salary and your expected salary. Provide take home details as much as possible, so that we can compare it with our offer, before shortlisting you for the position.
4. Some positions come up very quickly and do get filled in quickly, but this is not always. So be patient while going through the interview process. You will be guided throughout the interview process by our consultants, if you are shortlisted.
