Mr. Kadwe is the Founder Director and Managing Consultant of MITCON International, which was set up in 2002 in the UAE. He is Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, MBA in Marketing, Finance and Post Graduate Diploma in Capital Market Management. MITCON offers Management, Investment and Technology Consulting Services to large corporate and SME clients in the GCC and Iran. He has over 16 years of global experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, management and technology consulting. Recent engagement includes Pre IPO consulting for a IPO of Gulf Navigation PJSC, for listing on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM). The IPO was more than USD 200 Million and the project size is over USD 2 Billion.

He assisted in raising private equity (more than AED 62 Million) for projects in the GCC. He has been involved in assisting number of entrepreneurs in setting up business in the GCC. He is also assisting investors in conducting due diligence on project investment opportunities, especially start-ups in manufacturing and service sectors in the GCC. He conducted workshops and made presentations on topics such as Business Opportunities in the GCC (Singapore, 2006), Capital Markets in the GCC (Dubai, 2005), On Line Stock Trading (Kuwait and Bahrain, 2000-2001), Balance Scorecard, TQM, Entrepreneurship Development (UAE, 2002-2003), E Strategy (GCC, 2000-2004), ERP (Tehran, Iran, 2004), Franchising (Dubai, 2003) for corporate, professional and government organizations. He also offered consulting support mainly to Engineering and Logistics Industry for HR and Recruitment projects. MITCON assists clients in improving efficiencies using tools available in management and technology consulting, such as business process mapping, BPR, Change Management, ERP, etc etc.

Mr. Kadwe provided E Strategy Consulting support through GBM and IBM to number of companies in the GCC region. He made presentations on On Line Stock Trading to Bahrain Stock Exchange, Kuwait Stock Exchange and Abu Dhabi Securities Market. He assisted companies in setting up E Business/Portals in India as well as in GCC in the diverse industries such as Steel Trading, Stock Trading, On Line Education and Real Estate Sector.

While working in India, he assisted many companies raise finance through public or private placement of debt and equity through Indian Capital market. The amount raised through such offerings was over INR 15,000 Cr. (Equivalent USD 3 Billion approx). He also assisted in PSU divestment for Govt. of India. He offered consulting support for business and capital structuring, financial engineering, identification of JV partner, techno-economic feasibility studies, project report, due diligence of project investments, project appraisal, venture capital funding, market research for number of companies such as ACC, TATA, L&T, PRAJ, Kirloskar, Birla Group, Tungabhadra Steel Products, Panyam Cements etc. for projects ranging from Aviation, Agriculture, Chemical, Power, Steel, Infrastructure, Heavy Engineering etc etc.

He handled various sector including services like banking and finance, logistics, hospitality, tourism, real estate, heavy engineering, SME, etc. He conducted due diligence and project appraisal of many business / project proposals. He assisted clients in preparation of feasibility study, project report, business plan preparation and raising equity through JV, venture capital, HNWI or banks. He has advised many corporates and clients on project finance, structuring, raising of finance through equity or debt. He has interacted with over 100 local and foreign banks and financial institutions, HNWI for financial products structuring, placement and distribution, raising finance through public or private placement or project finance. Earlier, while working with IDBI, one of the premium financial institution in India, he established a network of over 3000 agents and brokerage firms for distribution of financial products all over India and abroad. He also handled PSU divestment for Govt. of India, assisted in Asset Valuation, Business Valuation, due diligence, identification of JV partner, presentation and co ordination to the Industries Ministry.

He has written articles in Economic Times and Business Standard on topics such as Revival of Sick Industry in India, Housing Finance, and Online Trading. He has written a book on “Capital Markets” for MBA students in Pune. He was the visiting faculty for Symbiosis Institute and other MBA institutes in India. He is current doing PhD on topic "Analysis of NRI remittances- from 1991 onwards, with specific reference to GCC"
